Members and supporters are invited to roll out their mats for a special one-off Pilates session in aid of the Club’s&nbsp;LED Lights Campaign.

The event will take place on&nbsp;Tuesday 27th August&nbsp;from&nbsp;7:00–8:00pm&nbsp;in the Clubroom. Open to participants aged&nbsp;16 and over, the session costs just&nbsp;£10 per person, with a maximum of 12 places available. All proceeds will go directly towards funding new LED lighting for the Club’s facilities.

We are thrilled to announce that the session will be&nbsp;led by Niamh Bailey&nbsp;– Club Life Member and former GB international heptathlete – who is generously giving her time and expertise to support the cause. Niamh will guide participants through a Pilates routine designed to strengthen the core, improve flexibility, and promote overall wellbeing, making it suitable for all ability levels.

Attendees are asked to bring water and a yoga mat. With spaces limited, early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.

The LED Lights Campaign aims to improve energy efficiency, reduce running costs, and provide better quality lighting for training and events. This Pilates evening offers the perfect opportunity to support the project while enjoying a professional, energising workout in a friendly atmosphere.

Corby Athletics Club is on a mission – and we need your help. We’re crowdfunding to raise&nbsp;£50,000&nbsp;to replace our outdated floodlights with modern, energy-efficient LED lighting. This essential upgrade will mean&nbsp;safer, brighter training conditions, lower energy costs, and a greener future for our athletes and the whole community.

Our current floodlights are no longer up to the job. They make safe training difficult during the darker winter months and limit when athletes can train in the evenings.Switching to LED lighting will:

We don’t have the funds to cover the full cost of this project, which is why we’re reaching out for help.The track is already a hub for sport in the area, and with upgraded LED lighting, it will be accessible and safe for&nbsp;year-round training&nbsp;– benefitting not just our athletes, but other local sports organisations, schools, and community groups.
